How do I take an agent online or offline?

Admins can choose which agents in your account have public profiles and which don’t. Please note that you will only be allowed a certain number of public profiles, depending on your membership size.

To take agents online or offline, log in to the Luxury Lounge, hover over “PROFILES” and click on “Agent Profiles” – here you can see all the agents in your account. To the right of each agent’s info you will see “PUBLIC PROFILE” checkboxes – to put an agent online, check it.

In order for an agent to be public on, they must have their profile filled out (at least name, email, address, bio, email, website, and photo), so make sure you have all their information before making them live. You will also want to make sure they have their login credentials.
