First, make sure your correct Agent ID is in your profile. If the property was imported via your company’s feed, that should attach your properties to your account. See How do I add my agent ID to my profile? for more information.
If your properties are on LuxuryRealEstate.com but don’t attach after 30 minutes, send an email to websupport@LuxuryRealEstate.com with the property link and your agent ID.
