If you are an admin, you are able to deactivate agent profiles in your account. In the lounge, hover over “PROFILES” and press “Agent Profiles.” Here you can see every agent in your company, and choose which ones to deactivate.
Make sure you’re certain that you’re deactivating the correct one, because there is no way to rescue the information once a profile is deactivated. Each deactivation will use up one of your available public profile deactivations.
