What is the LRE Social Media Boost?

How does it work?
- Access the platform through the Lounge, or by following the link in your "Your Listing is now Live on LuxuryRealEstate.com!" email.
- Since the program will process your credit card, the first time you access the platform, you need to reset your password to progress.
- Once you have set up your password, you will access the “My Listings Page” where you can find all your listings on LuxuryRealEstate.com. Click “Order” to run an LRE Social Media Boost on any particular property.
- The copy is templatized to what we know works best and uses the first line in the listing description.
- Ad image is chosen by default as the first image on the listing page. Make sure the first picture loaded is attractive and showcases the features of the property
- Once you are happy with your ad and have selected the package you want, you move forward to check-out, where you, as a first-time user, will be asked to connect your credit card.
- When the ad is paid for and ordered, you will receive a confirmation email within 24h with links to the ads and the LIVE Seller Reporting. Do not forget to invite your client to follow the results.
- For future campaigns, you will not need to log in or connect your credit card to place an ad.
How are ads targeted?
Realforce by Adfenix uses behavioral targeting to identify the most likely buyers for your listing. There is a pool of people on social media who are targeted and shown your ad based on their search behavior. Ads are also targeted to a radius around your listing.
How can I track the results?
You will receive an email when your campaign launches and again when your campaign is completed so that you can track results, and see total clicks, click-through rate, day-by-day exposure, total impressions, and more.
How does my seller see the ad results?
In the confirmation email that you’ll receive about your ad once your campaign is live, ie: "43 S Federal Street is now live on social media!", you can click on the button "Follow results" to go to the Campaign Result page. On the Result page, you can click on "Invite Client" and fill in your seller's email to invite your seller to the Result page, where they can follow the live results of the campaign.
How do I communicate the value to sellers?
We have a listing presentation one-pager for you to share with your sellers. Please speak to your marketing manager if you do not have it in your listing presentation material.
How can I share my ad on my Facebook and Instagram?
It's easy! In the email"[address] is now live on social media!", click on the link to the Facebook ad then Share. Encourage your Seller to share their ad on social media too!
If I edit my ad, what is the suggested character count?
We recommend 125 characters for the text above the image and 30 below the image.
Can I edit my ad after it’s gone live?
You cannot edit an ad once it’s been published. If you want to change something in your ad, contact support@adfenix.com as early as possible before it goes live.
How is the ad copy created?
The first sentence of your listing description is pulled into your ad, so be sure to write your copy with this in mind. You can make this a long sentence. For best results, write an additional sentence so there is more information about the property and neighborhood, schools, etc.
Who will the email alert be coming from?
The email will come from Realforce by Adfenix Notification (info@adfenix.com).
What if I am co-listing a property?
The primary listing agent will be the one branded to the listing.
How can I add a second campaign for my listing?
Follow the link in the original “Your Listing is Now Live on LuxuryRealEstate.com!” email or the Lounge and find the order page for the listing, and you can run however many campaigns you want for any given listing.
